We offer a comprehensive range of advanced skin and aesthetic treatments tailored to your individual needs. Our services include acne treatment, pigmentation correction, rosacea management, anti-ageing therapies, and long-term skin health maintenance. Treatments we provide include diamond hydrofacials, chemical peels, LED therapy, and microneedling, alongside aesthetic treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, polynucleotides, and skin boosters to enhance skin quality and achieve natural, refreshed results.
What products do you use?
We use high-quality, medical-grade prescription-only products from ZO® Skin Health, clinically proven to be effective and safe for all skin types. We pride ourselves on working with industry-leading brands such as ZO® Skin Health and Dermalux to deliver exceptional results. We stock a selection of ZO® Skin Health skincare in-clinic. Additional products can be ordered through us and shipped directly to your home if they are not available in clinic.
Are there any side effects?
Side effects are generally minimal and temporary, such as slight redness or swelling. Immediately after aesthetic treatments, you may find the treatment area feels slightly tender. The skin may also look red and swollen, and small bruises may appear at the points of injection. Within 24 or 48 hours you may find these effects have disappeared, and make-up can then be used to conceal any remaining bruising. All potential complications and risks of these procedures will be discussed at the consultation.
While adverse events are rare they do occur and prompt treatment is necessary. You must contact us immediately.
What are your payment options?
We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, cash, and online payments through our website. We require a 20% deposit to secure your appointment.
Who will be doing my treatments?
All treatments are carried out exclusively by qualified dentists who hold recognised degrees and are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC). Our practitioners are highly skilled, medically trained professionals with advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, ensuring treatments are delivered safely, precisely, and to the highest clinical standards.
How often should I get treatments?
The frequency of treatments varies depending on your specific skin concerns and the treatment plan recommended by your specialist. Typically, treatments are scheduled every 4-6 weeks. For aesthetic treatments, this will be tailored to you and discussed during the consultation.
What aftercare do I need to consider for anti-wrinkle injectables?
For the first 6 hours after it is important that you avoid: touching or rubbing the treatment area, hot showers, baths, sun beds, prolonged sun exposure, wind or extreme cold. Taking these steps will help to ensure the injected solution settles appropriately and produces the desired result. This will all be discussed in length at your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within 48 hours will incur loss of deposit. Within 24 hours, this charge increases to 100%. Please ensure that all cancellations are confirmed by Skin Glow Studio.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our bookings page on the website, Fresha, email, or DM us on social media. On arrival please park on the drive. Access to the clinic is through the garden gate.

Are the treatments painful?
Our treatments are designed to be enjoyable and minimally invasive. Some treatments may cause slight discomfort such as micro-needling, or injectables, but we prioritise your comfort and can provide options to numb the skin depending on the procedure. This will be discussed with you during the consultation.
Are injectables safe for me?
Anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters, Profhilo, and polynucleotides are popular treatments that are used in many aesthetic clinics around the world. The use of these products have been researched and developed to the highest standard to ensure its results are effective. Our highly trained practitioners who are doctors, ensure the treatments are administered precisely, only recommending its use if we believe your well-being will not be compromised.
How long do I need to wait after injectables or laser before booking?
If you’ve recently undergone advanced procedures like injectables, laser, peels, or microneedling, we kindly ask that you wait at least 2 weeks before scheduling a facial treatment.
Clinic Policies
Booking at Skin Glow Studio
When you visit Skin Glow Studio for the first time, we’ll begin with a skin analysis to evaluate your skin and prepare it for advanced treatments if necessary.
Booking Information
Bookings go through Fresha, the book now link will take you to the bookings page. You can change or cancel within 72 hours of your appointment. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs when making your appointment.
Advanced Procedures
If you’ve recently undergone advanced procedures like injectables, peels, or microblading, we kindly ask that you wait at least 2 weeks before scheduling a facial treatment.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within 48 hours, your deposit will be lost. Within 24 hours, this charge increases to 100% of the treatment cost. Please ensure that all cancellations are confirmed by Skin Glow Studio.
No Show
Failure to attend your appointment without prior communication will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost, and we won’t be able to accept future bookings, unless agreed.
Running Late
If you’re running late by more than 10 minutes, please be aware that your appointment may need to be shortened, with the full treatment cost still applicable, or cancelled and rescheduled.
Silent Appointment
For those who prefer a tranquil appointment without conversation, simply let us know in the ‘comments’ box when booking online or send us a message. We want you to relax and fully enjoy your treatment without any pressure to engage in conversation.
Payment
We accept both bank transfer and cash. If you plan to pay with cash, kindly bring the exact amount.
Patch Testing
Certain treatments may require a patch test 5 days prior to your appointment to ensure your safety and avoid any adverse reactions.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards are valid for 6 months and cannot be redeemed or replaced after their expiry date. They are exclusively for treatments, must be used by a single individual in one visit, and cannot be exchanged for cash. A fee applies for gift card collection or delivery.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you’re dissatisfied, please contact us as soon as possible.
Product Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase.
Health & Safety
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene is our priority. Please note that minors and pets are not allowed in the clinic.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
